is a modern, eco-friendly makeover to a 1952 cookie cutter house located in Marina del Rey, California. The renovation guts the existing interior and creates an open concept living, kitchen, and dining area. A new detached garage is located at the side rear of the property and frames an "L" shape courtyard with the main house. The "L" shape defines three outdoor "rooms": a lounge with firepit, an outdoor dining area, and a meditation garden.
